Track Your Shipment
How To Track
Shipments can be tracked for a period of 15 days from the date of dispatch. You may track the status of your domestic shipments in Canada, or International shipments by Shipment Numbers. Enter the required number by using the “Track Your Shipment” Search Box on the page. International shipments destined to USA for delivery through Trueway Transport may also be tracked from the date of formal entry into USA Single or multiple Shipment Numbers For both domestic and international, may be tracked simultaneously.
The following are guidelines on how to use our Shipment Number:
If you have shipped through Trueway Transport, you will have received a copy of your Shipment Number. Each Number has a distinct number which can vary between 8 to 11 digits.
To track your shipment:

Select the Shipment option on the upper, right side of this page.

Enter your Shipment number in the box provided.

If you wish to track more than 1 Shipments, separate each number by a comma.

After entering your number, click on GO to receive the latest update on the status of your shipment.
